The part people underestimate

The monthly call is the whole reason this works.

Courses do not make people better. Reps with correction make people better. So every month there is a live coaching call with Sage, and it runs on the loop he has used on himself for years.

Go film something

A real car, a friend's car, a car in a parking lot. Low stakes on purpose. The messing around is where most of the progress hides.

Bring it back

Sage watches it live and tells you the specific thing. Not "nice shot". The lens was wrong, the camera moved on the wrong beat, the cut is one frame late.

Go back out immediately

Same week, while the note is still fresh. Then repeat. That loop, run enough times, is the entire thing. There is no shortcut version of it.
